I have dizziness on and off 24/7. I wake up with a splitting headache almost like the start of a migraine and my balance is very poor. All through the day I have dizzy spells and headaches and have also suffered numbness in right arm, right leg and face. Even at night in bed I feel as if the room is spinning round. My GP has prescribed hibistine which is helping the vertigo but I have to take paracetemol for the headaches. I am a walking medicine cabinet at the moment and I NEVER used to take any medication as I never believed in taking lots of tablets etc I am also taking full strength vitamin C, B complex, ginkgo biloba and soluble aspirin (for circulation just incase it's that which is causing the inner ear problems). Have you been diagnosed with any ear problems and have you been precsribed any medication? My GP thinks that I have labrynthitis but has referred me to my ENT specialist (this is the second long bout in 2 years)

hi
I have dizziness and vertigo 24/7. It is never any better and there is never a phase when i feel better. This time it has been going on for months and before i have suffered periods of this for months and years, like yourself.
I am the same as you.....it has completely ruined my life.
I have left 3 jobs because of it and i recently got a new one and now it has been going on so i expect i will lose this one too.
I totally hate my life and i dont have optimism anymore.
When i have this, it isnt mild. The dizziness vertigo is strong.

I have dizziness 24/7 but its generally mild, just enough to make me CRAZY. It fluctuates and then will calm down to this mild level, but never goes away.

I have dizziness 24/7... However, when I start feeling better, it gradually improves to where I feel better in the evenings.. even if it is not 100%, I feel better than in the morning. But yes in its beginning stages, meaning whenever it acts up or I get a blip, it is 24/7... Right now, I have had this 24/7 for 7 weeks.... terrible

Mine is always there...but getting less and less...with blips that make it more noticeable.

Mine has been 24/7 for over 2 years now. I really really feel for everyone on this board. This is such a hard thing to go through and really changes your life.
