I had lasik June 28, and was undercorrected...waiting for 3 months to hopefully have enhancement....but when I put my eyedrops my vision seems to clear up for just a few seconds....wonder if this means my eyes will get better........Which drops do you all prefer......I was using refresh but changed to systane because it was recommended but it seems my vision blurs alot with these drops since they are so thick.....I hadn't had blurry vision till just recently.....today it has been reallyyyy blurry........still hoping i did the right thing.....

When your eyes are dry, it does contribute to blurry vision. I don't really know why. So, once they dryness has subsided for you, you might see an improvement in your vision. I can't promise you that. I can just speak from my own experience. I had my surgery 2 years and 7+ months ago. I have had dry eye resulting from the surgery. It has gotten much better. I mostly experience my dry eye first thing in the morning. But, this week, for some reason, has been a tough one. I don't know if it is allergy related or what has caused me problems this week. I have had a lot of congestion so, I might have a slight cold or something. Anyway, given that my eyes have been bothering me this week, I can say that they have been slightly blurry this week too. Normally, they are great! So, that speaks volumes about the need for proper moisture in your eyes as far as clarity in vision goes.
I have been using Optics MiniDrops Eye Therapy for more than a year now. They are the best drops I have found. If you do a search on them, you can get a picture of the box it comes in and perhaps find out where, in your area, that you can find them. They don't burn and aren't at all blurry when you put them in. I tried both the Systane and the Refresh and both of those drops seemed to cause me more problems than good. I have been a huge fan of the MiniDrops now for more than a year.
Take care and I hope I was able to help some!

Yes it sounds like you have some dry eye. Dr Latkany (dry eye specialist) developed a TNT (tear normalisation test-to diagnose for dry eye), it envolves the vision becoming clearer when putting a drop in. he says alot of people who have lasik think its something to do with the lasik but its ussualy dry eye from lasik.
