hey everybody. man its been forever since ive been on here.. like, 2 yrs? no.. but a long time ago. anyways, im not gonna get into my whole life story, ive already done that.
quick question..
my workouts are usually an hour of riding my stationary bike, then a 45 min tape of like cardio or bootcamp, pilates, yoga, watevzz i feel like doin haha.. i try to do it everyday with rest days. i eat healthy n watnot.
but say.. i work out monday, tuesday and wednesday this week..and had to miss yesterday cuz i went to the city, and today cuz i have to work shortly.. will it effect my progress? should i worry? i mean, i can always do it tomorrow..
