I saw this home work out program on an informercial and looks like a great program. Has anyone tried this and gotten good results or any thoughts on it?

One of the guys I work with does this. He loves it and he says he has definetely seen improvement. He recommends it.

The concept behind it makes sense (muscle confusion). My husband and I are thinking of trying it. If we do I will let you know what I think!
