I've been wearing RGP's for 10 years or more. Lately, when I'm tired, my eyes (mostly the left side) will form thicker white goop, a quick rinse will get most of it out, but need to wash it remove the rest.
I don't know why I've been having this problem lately.
Secondly, when I wake up in the morning, the goopies tends to form more smaller pieces so that when I insert the lenses in, it may take 4-5 times of in and out to rinse out the white pieces. When I pop them out, you can see the pieces are enough to irritate the eye.
Even flushing or splashing my eyes BEFORE inserting the lenses does not get out all of them.
Is there anything I can do in the morning so that it's not a 6 minute thing to keep going in and out?
