I am 17 and I've been having severe visual snow/static for years and it distorts my vision to the point where I can't really see much anymore. I remember when I was little and I could play mario bros on the nes without dying from running into a goomba or falling into a pretty apparent trench. I could see the mouse on the computer screen. Now I can't play mario bros at all except in the dark underground levels and 90% of the time I don't know where the cursor is on the computer so I have to shake it for a bit or bring it to a corner to detect it. I don't know when I started getting snow or if it was hereditary but I know is that my snow is worse now and I'm getting depressed because of it. Is there a way around this because I can't just simply ignore something thats always there and is as much part of my vision as sight itself. I'm also severely myopic (over diopter -10). The doctors are no help as usual and drain my money with delight.
