:confused: I have been fainting for 15 years and up to 30 times a day everyday my doctor say i am just a fainter but there must be a reason while does anyone else have the same problem what is it called and what do you do I need help some if anyone could suggest anything please tell me help!!!!!!

What is your blood pressure?
I am asking because you might have orthoscopic hypertension or POTS... these conditions cause your BP to lower dramatically upon standing or sitting up.
The first place you should probably go is a Neurologist, though... fainting that much is not a common thing and the thought of 'vapors' went out with the 1800's.
Don't let your Dr brush you off, if he won't listen get a new one.
There is even a chance that what you are suffering through is a form of epilepsy.

Their is a reason for your fainting.This is not normal. See another doctor and find the cause.

too little information really. what do you describe as a faint, how do they affect you and are they associated with any particular activity or event egs. eating, standing etc.

Hi my fainting is not a normal faint i am only out for about 30 seconds to about a minute it happens alot when i get hot summer is really bad for me I faint when standing in one place when I am tired or sick it happens alot when I faint I lose concousiness have all the tests they have thought about doing and spend alot of time in hospital they have given up on me have tried many speicalists after I have fainted I have real bad headaches and get very tired but they say its not epilepsy i have to go around in a wheel chair and I am losing my independence I am only 35 and cant do anything by myself I had all the tests they can think of please I need some help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
