Is this something that has gone on your whole life or something that has just started?
If it is something that has just started you could have anything from a bladder infection to high glucose. Is there pain when you go to the bathroom or burning?
Your best bet would be to have it checked out by your Dr if it worries you.

Have you been regularly drinking enough water and this suddenly started happening? Or, have you just started drinking the required amount of water? I agree with the other poster, you should probably visit your doctor to make sure everything is ok.

you sound young. it is quite rare for a young man to get infections in his urine, but it does need checking out. when you drink the fluid goes into your stomach and is then processed into your system. urine is made by filtration of your blood by your kidneys to remove excess fluid and other waste. the only way you can get help if the system goes wrong is to talk to your doctor. (it would be better to take a fresh sample of urine along) Don't be afraid or embarrassed problems are quite common and usually straightforward to treat, but it is important that they are dealt with as they can get serious if ignored.

If you feel a strong urge to drink was well, then that is a sign of diabetes insipidis (not to be confused with diabetes mellitus - sugar diabetes).
Basically a hormone is not functioning correctly to signal the kidneys to hold on to water. It is corrected by taking DDAVP. Have your doctor test for urine osmality. Good luck.
