apparently, when ever i am in thought process, especially when using arithmatic in my head, my eyes quaver..or move back and foreth at a high rate in a relatively small area .. almost as if vibrating. I do visualize things a lot when thinking, so i suppose it would make sense; but i cant help but wonder if it is something abnormal, that can perhaps cause problems in the long run... anyone know? ..or at least know where i may find out?

The movement you describe sounds like nystagmus. There are many different types so you are going to have to read up on the subject.
