ok, both of my parents have problems with their eyes. my dad is near sighted, and my mom is far sighted. and they both have glasses. does this mean i am going to have to have glasses? i dont have them yet but i was just wondering. thanks

You don't say how old you are. Severe myopia can be inherited, but if it is, it tends to show up early. If your parents are only moderately near/far-sighted, there is probably no greater chance that you will be. The fact that they have the opposite problem might work in your favour.
