my dizziness and ear pain has dissappeared, but now I'm having short term memory problems and forgetfulness. I know it can be a symptom, but is it supposed to last even after the dizziness goes away? How long before it disappears?

Noone will definitively be able to tell you how long it will last, but the good sign is the dizziness is gone and that if that went, the other issues will probably follow shortly.

I dont know your background, but did you have an inner ear issue or a middle ear issue?

I had inner ear, with the dizziness, pressure/ear pain, swollen glands at the beginning, it went away within about 6 weeks. I still get slight symptoms , but usually brought on by the car.
the memory problems came on after a few weeks, but I was probably more focused on the dizziness to notice.
I'm just waiting for that to disappear
