Hi people, my first post on the boards im jus trying to figure out something. Im trying to figure out wether im getting enough activity a day , i know its odd request as i should notice if i am or not, but anyway i want your honest opnions, so here are some facts............

height: 6'2"
age: 29
weight: 101kgs/ 224 pounds / 16 stone
non smoker, very light drinker, maybe 8 cans of 4% beer a weekend
BMR : 2246 ( apparently lol )

my activity daily : is 3.5 mile ride to work, after work 10 mile ride long way home, then followed by 30 minute dog walk, this id 5 times a week. My job involves lifting and im fairly mobile throughout day.

Weekend is saturday 5 mile ride with fiance, sunday 8 mile with sunday though this can vary ;)

I dont eat pizza, kebab, or curries anymore not after watching what mechanical extracted meat involves, i eat mainly sandwiches at work , been 8 slices daily of bread. Weekends mainly vegatable based meals.

SO now i look at what ive wrote sounds good to me, problem is im not losing that much weight through my excerises. IM also concerned about what health state my inner body is as this is jus as important as looking health!

pls leave comment as im trying to help myself!

Your activity level looks pretty good, but if you're trying to lose weight and not seeing any progress, you'll need to check your diet. Keep a food journal for a few days and note every bite, every condiment, every drink, and then find out what your calories end up at. Content is also important. If you're not eating meat anymore, you may be protein deficient and getting too many high GI carbs which tends to deter fat loss.
