I had moderate acne I would say. I used this kit because a wound care specialist recommended it to me after peels didn't help. First you use the dermshed to remove layers of skin and then emuscar to help with scarring. I am really seeing a difference. Skin isn't perfect, but friends told me it looks like I had laser stuff done:) Anyway, I know how we are all looking for help and this works really good for me.
