hi im a 17 year old, 5'10" , 147 pounds. and whants to get abs (like all teens). i started jogging 1 mile a day ( i don't have good endurence yet) and lift weights when i have time. i work unloding trucks. i can easyly burn fat there. i need some work outs that will make me feel it in my abs. workouts other than crunches and sit ups. if you could tell me some [removed] it will really help thanks. :D

Good for you for wanting to get a ripped center. Cardio is a biggie. It does not matter how awesome your abs are if they are covered ina layer of fat. It is reall y hard to lose weight in just one part of your body, but toning is another thing all together. If you work out at a gym try doing all fo your sit-ups with some weight held to your chest. Try a 25lb weight. Also, try going to one of the towers where people do the leg raises for abs. Start out bringing your legs up in a tucked position and then straightening them back down towards the floor, then when you get stronger tryit piked legs straight the whole time up to 90 degrees then back down. Try 3 sets of 20 to start and then build from there. Check out some pilates exercises as this entire method of strength training starts with the core of your body. Hope these help!! Try protein shakes befroe you workout for a little extra energy!
