u know? .. i mentioned my workout routine be4 in a previous post. an hour of riding my bike thing which is quite the workout haha .. and a 45-50 min workout tape of like cardio or kickboxing, pilates, yoga, watever i feel like.

but i told myself not to let this affect me, but i think ill just let it out and admit it. i get sooooo tired. id do one thing in the morning then the other at night. but during the day im just dead. no energy. nothin. and it has been like this forever, and it kinda sucks, it ruins my day! so i figured for my own good, ill just do 1 a day. bike one day, video the next. i actually started that and i feel much more energized and i have more time to do the things i want.

wat do u suppose?

Please spell out words so that people can read and understand what you are saying. This is not an sms message site or chat room. Many readers have difficulty understanding shorthand (u, r, ppl, cos, wat, etc).

Yeah, I think its best not to over train. Exercising correctly is supposed to create a more energetic person, not a tired one! It should work out for you this way.

Definitely sounds like you've been overtraining. Excessive fatigue is a key symptom of training too much. There really isn't any need to do more than 60 minutes of intense exercise per day, unless you're an athlete doing specific training under supervision.
