I am a fairly healthy 20 something year old woman. My problem is that for the last couple of weeks I have been extremely tired all the time, light headed, nauseous, crampy, and when I eat I'll lose my appetite after a few bites. My last period was in June, but stress has made my cycle chaotic in the past and this year it's come every other month my doctor pinpoints stress as far as my cycle, but i haven't gone back about the other issues-hoping they will subside. Some say pregnancy, and some say low iron. Is/has anyone else experienced anything like this/have any suggestions as to what could be going on? You guys' feedback would be greatly appreciated.

try taking a multi-vitamin or even just an iron pill. If that isn't helping then maybe you should try to take a pregnancy test.

I had all those symptoms and it ended up being that I had an underactive thyroid. You may want to have your thyroid checked. Just make sure that they do a full panel thyroid test and not just a TSH test.

if stress has made your cycle chaotic then you have enough for it to cause those symptoms that you have,of course try and get tested for iron, thyroid etc but try to do something about your stress,i know its hard and you can't change situations but you can try to not stress about the stress:)

Good luck
