Has anyone ever experienced URINE RETENTION as a side effect of Seroquel?

My wife tok this med. I do not recall her having this side effect.

The best thing to do is call your Doctor. I am on Seroquel and never had that symptom.

My daughter is on Seroquel and they do say that you should drink lots of water when on it so that it doesn't stay too long in the kidneys causing damage. Are you drinking enough fluids??
I would suggest you keep and intake of fluids and output of your urine for a week or so and see if there is a big difference.

.i took seraquel for 2 years and was on high dose, not only did i have problems urinating , i also developed an esophagal web, as soon as i got off the seraquel i was fine,
