Hi everyone, At last today I got my ENT appointment date (3rd sept).;)

The past 2 mornings when I wake up I have had very severe ear pain when I stand up :confused: , its horrible and the dizziness is with me 24/7.

4 days ago I had alot of yellow fluid coming from my left ear, It took 4 tissues to clean it up so I dont know if my ear drum burst ? but it wasnt painful.

I have been told by my gp that my ear drum is retracted and I have fluid behind my ears, could this be because of my last ear infection or is it because of another problem ?

Fluid behind the drum is wrong, as is fluid coming out of the ear. Glad you have the ENT appointment, but Sept is a long time to wait with this: would it help to keep calling to see if they have had any cancellations you can fill? I assume that if it was a canal infection the gp would have seen & treated it, so it sounds like middle ear trouble.
