I would like to know what can happen to a women who drank about twice in her life who in the future would like to have children.Would those times she drank affect her in any way?

depends what she drank.
If you are speaking of alcoholic beverages, then no, I don;t think there is any chance of anything happening because of that.
Now if she drank something like Drano or..nevermind. I'm simply being facetious.
drinking booze a couple times; no problems from that.
