For those of you who give your little ones yogurt.... at what age did you start? I forgot to ask at my sons 6 month check up if he can have yogurt so I was hoping someone on here might know.

I started giving my son the baby yogurt at about 6 or 7 months every once in a while. I began giving him regular yogurt regularly at about 14 months after he was doing well with cow's milk.

I think I started DD when she was around 6 months only occasionally and now at 13 months she has it pretty often, it is really good for them. I started out with YoBaby yogurt but now I give her the Dannon All Natural and she loves it. I'm sure most kinds are fine.

yes I started giving DS yobaby yogurt at 4 months and he LOVES it and has done well on it! :)
