I have been having a problem with muscle aches for like 2 weeks now. Are there any supplements I can take to help? I have tried chugging water, bananas, Epsom salt baths. I can't seem to get the ache to go away. I thought it was from doing the elliptical but that was over two weeks ago. I'm fine in the morning but after two hours on my feet my whole body hurts....almost like when I first started working 8 hour shifts back in the day. Any advice?

You can try B-12 and some calcium. That might help.

I take calcium pretty regular....at least 4 of the 7 days of the week I remember...Along with prenatals I take for an extra boost (my diet sucks at times) the prenatals have B-12, should i get a separate dose.

Do you drink a lot of carbonated beverages? I know when I was pregant in the summertime, I did, and it caused terrible leg cramps.
doctor told me to cut way back and drink more water, plus adding extra calcium, and that did the trick.

you might also try icy hot, or there is a prescription patch that numbs an area, forget what those are called, but your doctor will know.
