Wow, what a messed up life.

Well to tell you the truth we all feel that way sometimes. you don't even have to be bp to feel depressed at times and think that you have a messed up life.

what i do know is that if you are on the right meds things can get better. and your talking to someone who has totaly felt that she has messed her life up many times. i have gotten so depressed its unbelieveable, but i have to say is that with phychotherapy and the right meds it makes a big difference on how you look at things.

i hope that you start feeling better about yourself and your life.
