Hi,
I had a b12 problem a while back and continued taking tabs after the problem was taken taken care of. The only problem was someone (stupid) told me the only reason i was still sensitive was because i needed more. The truth was I needed less. The tabs were making me sensitive.
By the time i stopped taking them, I was throwing up after everything I ate. I can't drink anything but bottled water (and a certain brand). I get all sorts of allergic reaction symptoms if I eat/drink normal things. It still happens after three years even though it has gotten a little better. I still can't have coffee/ caffeine or am sensitive to bacteria (and cotton clothing). I have to eat organic protein to keep from having reactions every few hours.
Do you have any suggestions?
