Hi, we are new parents of a very happy healthy baby. She is 6 months now and we have noticed recently that she often has a very warm head. After taking temperatures she has always been normal (very close to 98.6). Her body feels much cooler than the head. We plan on asking the doctor about it on the next visit. Anybody have any thoughts? Thanks!

my daughter is the same way, and i used to make myself crazy taking her temperature all the time! her doctor said sometimes kids just have warm heads and to not worry about it. she is 20 months old now, and hasn't ever had any problems! :)

thanks for the input MCR285. We are inexperienced and figured it probably was normal but mom worries a lot.
