i HAD MY FIRST B-12 TEST A FEW MONTHAS AGO AND IT WAS 150, AFTER TAKING NASCOBAL FOR 1 MONTH IT WENT TO 168,THE ON A MONDAY I TOOK SOME MORE NASAL B-12 AND THAE NEXT DAY IT WAS 175. ALL MY DOCTORS SAY THIS IS A NORMAL LEVEL BUT LAST NIGHT I TALKED TO A DR. WHO SAID 350 OR HIGHER IS NORMAL. WHAT UP WITH THIS, AND WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Your body stores approximately six years worth of vitamin B-12 in the liver. Blood levels of B-12, unless abysmally low, are not a good indicator of what they should otherwise be. The first sign of a B-12 deficiency is usually some loss in nervous system functioning. I advise everyone to supplement B-12 intake with sublingual B-12, or B-12 injections, even if they are perfectly healthy.

It should also be said that doctors have different definitions of normal. It comes from their experience more than anything else. Of course, those numbers are all relatively similar, and they don't worry too much about a few points either way.
I'm not sure why people should be snorting B-12, though...on the upside, per the USDA, it doesn't look like an excess will do you any harm.
