You take too many "poop pills" for your age. Stop them and eat more vegetables, whole grain bread and stuff like that. Laxatives can cause the problems you are having, by overstimulating the lining of your bowel and making it spasm. That causes pain. Stop the pills and fix the diet and you will notice the difference very soon.

i just wanted to add something that really helps me.i lost the muscle tone in my right side bowel due to spinal cord injury, believe me, nothing backs you up like the loss of the wave that normally helps propel things thru your digestive tract.i had to start doing just simple massage on that right side and it helps tons.whenever you feel that things are a bit backed up in there, just take some lotion and start massageing the whole lower and mid abdomen.sometimes that extra stimulation is all that is needed to move things along.another huge thing, drink LOTS of water.i drink water all day long.its alot of extra trips to the bathroom, but this really helps alot too.just some suggestions for you.i hope things straigthen themselves out soon for you.depending on your age,you should probably at least bring this issue up to your doc at your next visit.there is always that small chance that some other issue is actually causing this too.you just want to make sure.let us know how you are doing. Some people get stomach aches from acid or distension in the stomach. most people who get stomach aches do not get them because of anything to do with their stomach, but some other part of the digestive tract.
Stomach pain can usually be taken care of by drinking baking soda water several times per day. This, combined with drinking eighth 16 ounce glasses of water per day will flush out the bowel. If there is some chronic, low grade disease involved, adding fiber, SLOWLY, to the diet helps fight all disease, and improves paristalsis of the intestines.
The number one best way to rejuvenate the digestive system is to alkylize the small intestine with baking soda water (easy now, until you know what you are doing), take choline chloride liquid (available from several suppliers online), and eating fiber.
Fruits and vegetables are poor sources of fiber. Bran is a good source of fiber. The fiber that comes from fruit and vegetables is non-digestable plant matter, but it doesn't scrape the walls of the intestinal tract like 'woody' fiber.
Peanut shells, using some comman sense, are a great source of fiber. What I recommend patients do is crack a peanut, and eat half the shell, and the two peanuts. It is possible then to swallow the shells. If one tries to eat just the shell, it can't be easily swallowed.
There is no substitute for some level of activity given to the body to help it stay healthy. Also, people have varying needs for spiritual health to remain physically healthy. Roman Catholics are healthier than any other people. I say this so people will be aware, not so people will think failure to practice Roman Catholicism causes illness

I'd be careful about drinking that much water. It's important to drink enough water, but eight 16 ounce glasses is a whole gallon! Most of us don't need to drink a gallon of water a day unless we're working out in the hot sun. You get a fair amount of water from foods you eat. The old "8 glasses a day" rule is not so much anymore, at least according to what I've been reading. Yes, drink water and stay hydrated, but drinking too much water also causes problems. What I've been hearing from doctors now is "listen to your body and drink when you're thirsty." Some people with medical problems like feelbad need to drink extra water, but use common sense and, like anything else, don't overdo it. (I'm not criticizing what feelbad said. She always has good advice! You would do well to listen to her.)
I don't think AwesomeMachine is trying to kill you, but I respectfully disagree with almost everything he told you.
