Marti,
Hi. I just have 2 more questions about my feet/toenails. I get some of the skin on my feet cracking. Like on the bottom of my feet (usually right where the toes are), I will get a small skin crack that hurts like all get out! It just stings and burns for a few days. What can I do to help prevent this from occuring? My last question is that a few years ago I had toenail fungus in both my big toenails. I wenrt to the doctor and he prescribed Lamisil (pill form). I took that and it helped but on one toenail I still have a bit of white that to me still looks like a bit of fungus. Is there anything I can do? THANKS

If you have cracked dry skin around and in between the toes, yhou more than likely have athletes foot, which is a form of fungus. You can get medication for this at the local drug store. As for the white spot, Fungus in the nail is usually characterized by a yellowish discoloration, nail plate thickening, separation from the nail bed and apparent debris in the area of separation. It's possible, so you might want to treat it with Dr. G's or another OTC drug for nail fungus - it can't hurt!
