For the past week my BF has been on Exeffor XR which is working amazing for him. He much more relaxed and nothing seems to bother him. Before he was taking it He would get upset over small details and his thinking was my way or the highway. Well, this past weekend he missed 2 of his pills, Sat and Sun, because he was drinking. When he woke up this morning he was irrate about how I didn't do the dishes and that I was stupid for not doing them. Later on in the day he asked me if we wanted to break up out of the blue.
He was acting so good last week!
Do you think this is because he hasn't taken Exeffor XR for those past 2 days and his body is out of whack? He was in denial for awhile and never wanted to go on meds. I can't the fact of being called stupid for no reason and then asking to breakup within 10 minutes of each other over something so small. He seems to have a pent of rage issue because the past week and weekend he was totally fine and was like a blue bird in spring and now he's acting like a fire ready to start a massacre. Is there anything I can do to communicate better with him when this happens?
It doesn't help when I'm also starting Exeffor XR the same time he is and he lases out. I was taking 100mg of generic zoloft and 5mg of klodipin when I needed them but thats the past now. Ugh help me with my BF. It seems as if I'm acting like the level headed person while he freaks about everything.

Hi Jess Im really sorry about your sitiation. You should be carefull you dont get hurt. As for the meds your Bf missed, and the alcohol he drank I think the alcohol probably sholdnt be drunk at all when on medications it will probably just cancel out the meds so its like he never took them. Also Alcohol is a depresssent so he may feel really good while he is drinking then the next day feel really down and he probably takes it out on you. You should really talk to him and tell him to try to stop drinking for a while and just to take his meds. Good luck Jess take care Erika
