OK...I have had maybe on average of 3-4 nerve blocks/epidurals/S-I Blocks per year over the past 12 years and I have never had a reaction such as this. I have had minor flu like symptons but this is serious. I had bi-lateral S/I Blocks:( last Tuesday and I have had major flu like symptons such as nausea, chills and aches and then around Thursday began having severe headaches where my teeth hurt, my jaw hurts and my body shakes like I have a terrible hangover.:( My PM said that the cortizone can totally do that to you anytime even if it has never done that to you in the past..It is super miserable and I am tired but can't sleep. Has anyone had this happen to them? PM said that the symptons should dissi[ate soon but can really sqrew you up for up to a month...! That seems awfully long...:(
