I saw a workcomp QME a while ago. He sent a report to workcomp saying I told him I got hurt in college. I never told him this, I believe workcomp got this information from an old depositon and is trying something different. Just when you thought they couldn't get any lower they always surprise you. I was also told to find another primary doctor as well because the one I have is not "in their system". They were paying me temporary disability and now they say I'm permanent and stationary so they cut my benefits by 60%. I guess it's time to go back to court. I tell you there is a special place in hell for these people

Are you on workman's comp right now? You can go to any doc you want. My son is on workman's comp right now and there is a special place in hell for these people.

Call your State's Workman's Comp Board. Alot of time that seems to change the employers mind quickly.

Before they go to hell I hope they will take care of me. I saw the QME doctor a year ago last August as they denied a second epidural that was given to me in the previous November. The Qme doctor said I need surgery. I have been waiting ever since. I had approval twice with the wrong doctors. I just received approval with the correct doctor but I can't get in until the end of August. I have exhausted all my benefits.

Please,Please .....always remember that IME's, QME's. NCM, etc all work for the IC. None of them have your best intereste in mind. Quite the opposite. I personally don't know how anyone can go through the WC system without an attorney AND a second opinion of the IW choosing. Good luck to all. WC is hell.

This is the second time one of their QME's has come up with this story. It is a total of waste of time seeing these people. They act like they are going to help you then they write up a report from an old deposition which by the way was already decided on by a judge a few years back. It's just fascinating on the things they do to try to make you give up.

Stand tall to your rights Michael, I just don't understand how w/c can shove people around. It seems when a worker is hurt, w/c sure does not care.
