Hi.
After much pain and wrong diagnosis ( long story) apparently i had an Ovarain Cyst that was filled with blood that ruptured.
This was found on a scan.I have been told it will all heal up and have to see a specialist in about 6 weeks .
In the meantime its about 4 weeks since it ruptured yet i have pain starting again its like constant period pains? also like a stitch? when i want to pee my stomach hurts ( not cystitus , no bladder infections)( its not my period).
I cant see a specialist any sooner we have the wonderful NHS here in the UK.Its basically a long wait.No good going back to doc as i have to see specialist.
Im wondering has anyone suffered this before? It feels like its all starting again.Im really fed up as i feel the NHS fobbed me off with diagnosis ranging from food poisioning to mid cycle pain ! When it did rupture the pain was Horrendous all this was found out after i litrally fought to get a scan !

hi

It sounds like to me you might have Poly cystic ovary syndrome, the blood cyst that you describe is called a chocolate cyst, I get them all the time, PCOS goes with weight gain, irregular periods, extra hair on face, insullin resistance (hard to loose weight).

i have this condition and I had to have a hystorectomy last year lost and ovary to a cyst, now i have a tennis ball size cyst that has to come out.
try not to worry most ovarian cysts are not cancer.
