I may have to go back to paxil, I dont know if this is going to work. I am on 20mgs of Prozac, its only been like 4 days but I can already feel the calming affect of paxil going away.

I would give it more time. You can ususally tell within 4 weeks of taking a medication how you will feel on it.

Starting at 20mg is kind of high.
