How would I go about weening myself off of Abilify? I am on 8 MG, 4 in the morning, 4 at night. What would be the best way? I would greatly appreciate any help. I don't have a doctor right now, so I don't really know. Thanks again.

be careful!! Going off this type of med can cause all sort of issues.
