Does anyone ever feel like they are having mini strokes and the doctor just wont take you seriously?

Hi my dad had mini strokes and there is a big difference between the two and a doctor will know by your symptoms.Usually with strokes there will be vision loss in one eye, numbness on one side of the body,slurred speach, very unstable and weak along with many more.....,if you have those type symptoms and your dr brushed you off I'd see another and get referred to a neurologist to get further testing.
