I dont know what it could be, but Sometimes i get these bad pains in my legs, and sometimes arms, i thought maybe after working and standing all day, but i dono. i also havnt really eaten today either..

oooh i have started to get those too since starting the gym.

I get horrible shooting pains in my knees now and they are really quite uncomfortable. I dont know what it is though, I thought excercise was supposed good for you :S grrr

Yeah i had that also. i think its because of how hard you work your body gets tired that why you need some thing to eat & drink before so you get some energy.. well seriously thats what i think???
