Alright so I got confirmation this morning that I have mild dysplasia (after biopsy..i hate those!) and contrary to everything I'm used to I went to the local natural food store that carries loads of vitamins. I ask the lady and she gets all perky and says, "THIS! THIS! TAKE THIS!" so it's called Gigartina red marine algae from vibrant health and she has said how well this works for anyone she's talked to. You take it for 21 days and it's supposed to get rid of EVERYTHING. now this may just be for mild dysplasia, not sure. Has anyone else heard of this? I'll keep you posted on how it goes, since I have another pap in december.

Anyone heard of or tried this stuff? Hoping I haven't wasted my money...

also, she gave me prenatal vitamins even though I do not plan on having children. We shall see....
