I'm 21 years old and for the last four years have been getting hives. They mainly occurred after I ate and then did anything from dancing to running, but hives do not appear every time. I don't know how to go about stopping them. I have seen an allergist and he said my case is weird. But left it at that and gave me an epi-pen. I’m hoping to hear from others that may have had this case and found a way to prevent it.

Have you ever heard of exercise-induced anaphylaxis,it's a rare condition [removed], not saying that's what you have but this type usually occurs after exercise

Have you tried taking an antihistamine before dancing or running?
