Ok so I just got back from the gym and I go to the bathroom and there is a CLUMP of some kind of discharge in my underwear. I know I heard stuff about discharge that looks like coffee grounds, but this looked like coffee grounds inside a little pouch or something.

Anyone experienced this?!
