You should call the doctor and ask. With a child that young, I woudl definitely get a professional opinion.

Hi,
All I can do is tell you my own experience,I have never had
a problem with tylenol, advil, none of the over counter meds.
I am only on 250mg. of Keppra daily now, but,I have also been
on 3000 mg. at one time and still had no problems.
Take care,Sherri

A fever in a child that young, who also has seizures, needs to be reported to the doctor. It might be nothing horrible (molars coming in, cold, virus, etc), but to not get it reported to the doc, and have it be something serious delays the treatment for it.

You should be able to give her the motrin. Check with your pharmacist or look up Keppra on the internet. However, you do want to keep the fever down as the high temperature can lower her seizure threshold. She may just have a virus.
