Is it diarrhea, urgency, bloody, just water no stool, smells normal, smells horrid..etc? Do you go only once a day or many times? Is it always the same or do you sometimes have formed stool..etc? You could consider to take some probiotics to help improve the flora balance in the digestive tract..that could help. You could also add a fibre supplement to your intake...it will help absorb the liquid in the bowel and produce a stool. Morning urgencies are common...once the body wakes up, so does the colon/sigmoid and starts to "download" into the rectum. What is your diet like? Do you consume a lot of artificial sweeteners? Have you recently been on...or are you on...antibiotics or new medication? quincy juggalo4life 08-11-2007, 01:13 AM well in the mornings and after i eat sometimes its like feels like its diahreah but when i get to toilet its like semi hard but followed by runy type liquid... mostly in the am and i do drink alot of soda lol i been on all my meds for along time so i dunno philly1 08-14-2007, 06:07 PM Firstly you need medical advice. It could be simply your diet as I have suffered with ibs for three years and have now realised that what I eat is very important. You need to look at things like drinking coffee, sugary foods, wheat, alcohol, fizzy drinks. If you get the all clear from your doc. in my experience it is down to diet and dont let anyone tell you any different. Since I sorted out my diet I use very little medication. |
