Do any of you guys get so sore and begin to hurt when you are on the computer? Seems like my neck, shoulders and arms go to hurting. I was wondering if I was alone with this crud. LOL Love and Fibro hugs, Bonnie

Yes, it hurts when I have been sitting too long, standing too long, or laying down too long. That is what is so bad about this! No position works for very long - atleast with me. :) ------------------ Beck Susan66 01-31-2001, 05:58 PM Hi Bonnie. I am a medical transcriptionist and by the time I get done sitting at that computer for six or seven hours a day I can barely stand it. My neck, shoulders and arms kill me!! On days when I don't work I can definitely tell a difference because I don't feel quite as bad!!! kattnap1 01-31-2001, 08:47 PM I can relate to sitting in front of a computer all day, 5 days a week. I have osteoarthritis in my knees and even after only 10 or 20 minutes of sitting my legs are so stiff I can barely walk, that is why I use a cane. I have found a solution at home though. I bought a laptop and sit in my recliner, (exactly where I am right now.) I am still stiff when I stand up but it takes care of the pain in the neck and shoulders, and keeping my legs elevated does help with the pain and stiffness in my knees and legs. |
