I am here to see what you guys think about my situation..
I was on LTD for a cyst on my spine and was getting a monthly check from my insurance company from my previous employer, but my check stoped last month because of the 2 year time to get it.Well i have got a LTD lawyerto take my case and he has done everything so far and is waiting to see if the insurance company is gonna deney my claim to get LTD for 3 more years. My lawyer said they have till thursday to get back with the lawyer for a answer. If they deney then we will sue the insurance company.
What do you think will happen ?
