Hey everybody,

I'm having leaky gut problem due to mercury that was redistributed in my gut from using DMPS AND DMSA.

So i was reading about saunas, and how they can help remove toxins/metals.

first off, is this true? Can it remove metals from my gut?

Second, which sauna do i have to use? a infra-red or a normal dry sauna?
I ask this because i can't find any infra-red sauna places.. it looks like you have to buy them and i really don't have any extra money right now. so if i can't use an infra-red, does a dry sauna work as well? what about epsom salt baths?
