Last month I had all the root cleaning done and what came out from smoking was awful. ( another push along with wanting to exercise) to make me stop smoking.I called him today and told naomi (dental billing lady) that I had made it and for my 2 week reward I wanted my teeth whitened. She called me back 2hours later and told me they were doing it for free. I knew I liked that office but never expected this from them. I have to get it done tomorrow' so a day early but I am sooooo excited. I have wanted this for soooo long but always thought why waste the money when you smoke so much.

Next reward---french manicure...now they wont turn yellow either..ooohhhh I just love not smoking today!!!!!

Wow Deeanns - that's great! Wish they offered free whitening to everyone - I bet there would be lots more quitters out there!! I am 6 months into my quit, and I should treat myself to those things too. It's wonderful being a non-smoker - keep up the great work!!!

0oh my oh my. You wouldn't think that a light and some bleach would hurt but 20 minutes into it i was in tears..nice reward huh?..lol..the whole reason why they said free is because my dentist and I have been talking about my smoking for long time so he has became kinda friend like and is amazed I quit because i was so adamant about not being able to.

It was worth the pain..

skimmer, I would recommend it. I would think 100 times more now b4 I smoke because it would mess up my pearly whites..:D
