Wow that puts me to shame :(
I only ever do 40mins cardio (I do work my *** off to be fair) but Ive been going for a month now..should I be doing more?
Its just really hard to fit in because I do shift work and I have to shower before and after the gym or I feel icky, very time consuming.

What is your goal? Do you do any strength training?

i do 45 minutes three times a week and that seems to work out good, i know the reccommended amount is 30 min 3 x a week so i don't think you have to go crazy or anything. its the combination of diet and exercise thats the key
