:( does anyone know a way of preventing biting the tongue whilst having a seizure? it happends every time i have a seizure (grand mal/tonic clonic) the severity varies, of the mess i make of my tongue but it always makes me feel awful, sore and generally fed up. as if having a seizure isn't bad enough having to deal with this is awful. I'm using lots of different products to apply to my tongue and also soluble asprin as a mouth wash but it feel like it takes for ever to heal. Am i just being impatient? Any advise will be great. Thanks x

I'm thinking about getting a night teethclenching mouth guard for at night with the CPS. , but I don't know what size to get- they mold to your mouth once you have them in for a while
