I feel that i need to share this with anyone who has suffered or is suffering with UC - I was diagnosed about 8 weeks after giving up smoking last October and being given all the suppositories under the sun, then given a course of Steriods (not nice - bloated and put on loads of weight), I was so fed up (I was one of the lucky ones I did not have UC Bad), I decided to come of all chemical intervention (certainly would not recommend to all - speak to Dr first) and I started taking Aloe Ver Gel (forever living products) at approx 100ml aday of which I take last thing at night gives it time to travel through system freely. I would like to say that now I am Sympton free and have been for approximatley 3 weeks, I can not praise Aloe Vera enough. I hope this may give some light to sufferers but would always adise that you speak to your consultant/GP first. Good Luck x
