Hi I am trying to make a list of medicines that my husband has used for his doc appointment. I know right now he is on omeprozale. I remember his taking prilosec , prevacid and zantac. Did I pretty much get the list or did I miss something ?? I think he might have taken nexium too.

If you use the same pharmacy for his prescriptions, it might be worth calling there to get a list of what's been filled. Otherwise, his doctors would have a list of what they've prescribed. The receptionist can probably give you that info.
