I went to the eye Dr. yesterday and when he dialated my eyes he saw a lot of scarring on my left retina. After asking some questions and blinding me with that darn light in the eye again, he told me I have Ocular Histoplasmosis. Does anyone else here have this? He said I am lucky it didn't take my central vision, just some of my side vision. I was so shocked at the time that I didn't ask many questions, and now I have so many! I also have Ocular Migraines, could that be what the white lights in the corner of my eye is? I would like to know if this eye disease will get worse? Will it affect my other eye as well?

Most likely nothing will ever happen. Histo is a retinal inflammation transmitted through bird droppings. You probably had an inflammation a long time ago, never noticed it and it went away, leaving behind little scars. Its actually fairly common in some areas, like the Ohio River valley. I'd just get a yearly exam and not worry about it.
