Did anyone hear about the Supreme Court decision today that people can't sue States anymore for employment-related discrimination due to disabilities? I heard about it on NPR, but haven't read the decision yet.

Thanks I'll have to look at the new journals. Well they are sure going over board because of all the frivalous law suits filed so often and some that got heard, but they must have had some merrit. Now the real suits can't get relief. It's a shame.
